After Glow
What is After Glow? After Glow is the feelings that you will become immersed in after you private plant medicine journey. We start off with a full energy session getting you cleared protected and aligned to receive the full benefits of the medicine.
Group Sound Bath
In our group sound bath our goal is to set the stage of a safe and meditative space for you to be able to do your inner work. We use a variety of our sound tools such as Crystal singing bowls to initiate the relaxation and transition into more earthly tones with our Gong and Native American Pow Wow drum. A guided meditation mid way through holds your hand if you so wish on that journey of inner reflection and healing to help show you the way.
